So, we went up to see Carlos and Raquelle for our 5-6 month check up. Everything looks great so far and I am feelin pretty good, runnin around trying to get ready for this new baby and our life changes. We had an Ultra sound done, which is pretty common for us when we go up for our visits. This is the first picture! I love it when they get this size and its so obvious where they are and what they are doing, its fun to feel them kick or punch and see it at the same time on the screen.
Here is the second shot, great shot of a leg and two feet. :)
Here is the surprise shot! We were totally preparing for a boy and have been for quite a while. Carlos was 85% sure it was a boy and so was I before we even went up for an ultra sound months ago. However, this ultrasound did not show a boy! It seems to be a GIRL!! I was totally shocked! Raquelle did the ultrasound and she is 100% sure its a girl she says, and as you can see it does look that way, leg on the bottom of the screen, bum on the left and another leg on top - but no boy parts! So, now we are both shocked (Dustin and me) because we were expecting another boy. I am totally unprepared for a girl - exciting and a little scary news lol.

22 weeks! Oh man...
Its going so fast now, I must admit those first four months felt as though they were SOOO long and now that I have three months left I am freaking out, lol. I dont know if I said this in my last post or not but I feel as though I have two months to finish every project on the house that I have started thus far because after that I will be out of commission for like 4-6 months depending on how things go with a newborn and a toddler. I am a little worried about that as well lol. Anyway, we didnt take many pictures while I was pregnant with Orion so I wanted to have some to remember.

Yay for the thanksgiving point petting zoo! We had so much fun on Saturday! Orion loved the petting zoo, though when we first got there he was so excited to be let loose in such a cool place it was hard to get him to stop running and pay attention to the cool animals lol. As soon as he did he was pretty interested (for as long as a 21 month old can be ha).
This is the first ramp where we just let him out of the stroller to go see - as you can see he took off lol that is a goat at the end he is going to talk to.
They have some feeders all around the park where you can buy feed for 25 cents and feed the animals. In this pen there were some really really cute baby goats that weren't any bigger then a small cat. They were cute!
This is the cow that Ori kept mooing at - you know cow's pretty boring and slow so we didnt stay here too long haha.
Cute Daddy and Ori talking to a goat.
Here is a quick video of the poni ride that came with admission, Orion wasnt sure what he thought about it. He wasnt scared, he is just so serious that he was concentrating really hard on what he was supposed to do, he would smile and wave when I yelled to him and said hi - but then right back to his serious concerned face. What a fun day we had together as a family - its been a while since we have been able to do something all together since I have been sick and now I am nesting and going crazy with house stuff ;) So it was overall a great outing.

Yay Gymnastics!
I took Orion to gymnastics last Friday for the first time. I have been trying to find a way to burn his excess energy in a productive way that will help his developmental skills a little, so we decided to try this. He LOVED it and had a blast. He was so tired the rest of the day, lol it was kinda funny. They did all sorts of learning games, they learned front rolls (which he was already doing off our bed ugh) and they learned how to do a few other fun things. They got to run and jump and throw themselves all over in this padded place so he had so much fun.
for this game the kids hold on to one side and then they get rolled over the top of this wheel into a front roll, Ori was really mad other kids had to have a turn.
once during the whole thing I turned around and found this, he walked the entire beam without falling! I was totally amazed one foot in front of the other practically running.
These are small bubbles that they had fun trying to get - it was actually really good for the fine motor skills because the bubbles were so small they were less the an inch in size (I never thought to use smaller bubbles).
