new movie

I wanted to get a video on here of Orion rolling over, he has been doing it for a while but I have been a slacker mom and havent done any video of it. So here it is. This is Ori playin with the dog - they LOVE eachother so much they are almost inseperable. Ender is so cute with Ori and is never rough - it may look a little rough in the video but its soft. Orion loves to get Enders toy and play tug-a-war with him (not mention pull on Enders beard) lol. funny stuff.

YAY Grandpa's a genuis!

Here is our fabulous new fireplace!! Grandpa came up yesterday and created this masterpiece in a day and a half! We are so excited and it really does wonders for our living room. We are doing so much fixing up lately - we just bought new hard wood flooring, and I am putting wains coating around the bottom half of the walls throughout our main floor (as you can see next to the fireplace that is why it painted that way). It is really coming along - Thank you so much Grandpa for taking the time to come up here and work so hard!! We are so happy it looks amazing.

Below I took some before pictures so you can see the progress he made in such a short time. He even taught me a little about tileing.

More progress on Orions room - It is coming along slowly but surely. It has been a crazy undertaking but I am happy I decided to do it - I am only able to work on it 15 min here and there so it is really slow but I think it will be fun when its done. One day I will actually finish one of the many projects I have going right now haha (they boys make fun of me for starting so many, but hey you do what you can right lol).

Well I realized the other day that there are not many pictures of me and Orion together. So Dustin took this one at the aquarium - he is kinda mad in it because he wants my phone that the picture is being taken with lol.

He still falls asleep in his stroller - haha its so funny to see his head bob when he starts to fall asleep - but if I try and lay him back he cries. :) Silly.

This Orion and Dustin playing with the stingray's at the Living Aquarium. We went there for a family day on Saturday. It got us really excited to dive in Bonaire in May! We are so excited, and Ori liked playing in the water!

Farewell Elder Dibble!

Well Dax is off to the MTC now!! Dustin was so excited to see his brother off. What a great spiritual experience it was just to take him to the MTC! Dax is going to be great and we are so happy he has chosen to go serve the Lord!
So Grace is the other baby in Aarika's arms, she is Orions cousin and she is almost 2 - I just realized that Orion looks almost the same size! WOW I cant believe how much he is growing, he has been eating so much lately - now I see why haha!
He was trying to walk away here - he is so ready to take on the world and would rather I leave him to do it - he seems to think I hold him back ha.
Dax is getting his name tag! Now its official. Elder Dibble is ready for work.

My phone ran out of space so it took pictures in a really small setting :( oh well. I like them anyway. Again its been a while since i have posted any pics.
I am always surprised at how much he learns by watching us. I gave him this bottle of Pepsi to play with because he REALLY wanted it. He immediately tried to get it out of the bottle, and tilted in all sorts of directions trying to drink it. He is so funny.
I took my sister Micki to the Airport today and while we were sitting waiting he got so tired, he fell asleep in Steves lap lol - He NEVER does that - he is usually way too interested in everything to sleep in the car or anywhere for that matter.
I love this pictures, he fell asleep just like this - he looks like a doll haha cutie.

I have been working a little more on his room its commin slowly but surely. I am kinda excited about it but you know, the artist is always the most critical. Hopefully Ori will like it.

Daily walk...

So we usually go for a walk everyday - I started this a while back because Orion didn't want to take a afternoon nap - so I decided if he wasn't going to sleep I needed to do something active for exercise (gotta get ready for a trip soon) anyway - Orion LOVES the walks I was amazed at how much he enjoyed them. We have a track by our house that circles a baseball and soccer field - he loves to watch the kids pay while we walk - he usually starts to nod off after the first lap and if I try and lay him back he wakes up. So, as you can see I didn't try to lay him back today and when we got home he was out like a light.
He is so funny - always interested in what is going on around him so he never wants to nap! This works out great for both of us, I get to work out and he gets a nap- Ha!
So yesterday, I was trying to clean the bathroom and Ori wanted to be entertained, so I stuck him in the laundry basket and he had a blast! He is so funny - the things that amuse him are always so funny. We Mothers spend so much money on toys, contraptions etc, and they just want the simple house hold items to play with lol. Go fig!
He is being shy here - he does this sometimes lately haha.

Dax's farewell -

So Dax (Dustins Brother) is going on a mission - he spoke at his Dads ward this pass Sunday. It was an excellent talk and we had a great time with everyone. Orion was pretty good during Sacrament - he actually let me take it this Sunday! Anyway - I thought he looks so adorable in his new suit that I had to snap a shot. This is Aarika (Dustins Sister) holding him.
His favorite part of his suit was his tie - he kept trying to eat it - needless to say ... I am glad it is machine washable.

Mommy's Birthday party!

It was my Birthday last week! Everyone was so nice to remember - we went to dinner with Grandpa Mike and Lisa and Uncle Steve and Joe. Lisa took pictures but I dont have them yet. Then Grandpa Scott and Enid threw me and Sammi a birthday party! It was great! I even got a new set of golf clubs - I am so excited!

After jumpin and playin with sammi and the family he was tuckered out! He fell asleep with Daddy on the couch. What a fun time!
We also went up to Park City to visit Annie, Paul and Marsha! It was fun and good to see you guys again! :)

been so long...again...

Well we went to St. George at the beginning of march to visit Gammy and Grandpa. We all love it there. Orion had a great time getting to know them.

Here gammy is planting the golfing seed in his little mind haha jk. Really he just wanted to play with a golf ball he saw.
We all went to dinner where Orion decided he wanted to try to eat anything and everything he saw on our plates! He was so funny trying it all - Gammy gave him tastes of her jello but I think his favorite was the mashed potato's.
We bought him a sippy cup while we were in St. George because he wanted everyone elses drinks. He has never been able to drink from a straw before, but the second he got the cup he figured it out right then, we were all surprised. Smarty pants!
Poor Fancy... Ender was so excited to meet a new friend he wouldn't leave her alone. Ha.

Enders Hair cut!

Ender was groomed yesterday! He looks so cute now all slim and pretty. When Dustin got home he yelled "Ah the dog is naked!". Sweet puppy.

Catch up week!

Well last week Grandpa Scott came with Uncle Erik and took me and Orion out to lunch! We had a great time catching up and talking. It was a ton of fun.. Ori kept trying to steel Grandpas drink! ;) This was last week also, Orion looked so cute smiling on Daddy's lap I had to snap a shot.
This was last week when me, Uncle Steve, and Orion went to lunch. Poor guy was pooped when we got back. He had is lion (his fav toy) in his hand when he fell asleep.
So, this is the beginning of Orions wall mural that I am doing. I started yesterday with this fish. I am not sure if I like it or not. I think it might be a little scary for a baby lol, but I think it might be ok. I haven't decided yet. So far there is a huge blue wall with one fish lol. What do you guys think?

Rolling over video - press play twice!

This is orion, he has been rolling over for about 2 weeks now and I wanted to catch it on video and throw it on here. It usually takes some convincing to get him to roll over, he hates to be on his stomach.

Orion has a cold ... so the other night we decided it was time to suck out his nose with the bobble... most the time he hates this! This time he thought it was so funny to listen to the sucky sound...

I just snapped a few pictures yesterday of Orion playing in his jumper, I thought he was cute... of course, I always do! :) He is still trying to get the stationary frog to move into his mouth. Its pretty funny to watch how determined he is to get it to move.

My new hat!!

We went up to Grandma Jan's to be with Ori's uncle Dax who was made an Elder yesterday. While we were there Dax made (yes I said made) a hat!! How amazing is that!? We loved it - but it was a bit too small - so Dax is going to make one more. It was so cute, so we had to take some pictures.

Trip to Park City

Yesterday, we took a trip up to Park City to have lunch with our friends from Dr. Innis's office. I forgot to take pics while we were there but Dustin took a few before we left.

We had lots of fun it was good to see you guys! Thanks for inviting us to lunch.
